The event is happening Treated as one hate crime On Monday (September 22), at around 7.35 am, Sarah Street took place in Lawrence Hill area of Bristol.
The two victims were initially in an accident in which their car collided with a lamppost. They were then racially abused and attacked by a group of four men, leaving the area in a white van.
Serena Sergeant, Chief Inspector of Avon and Summerset Police, said: “It was a really terrible incident that has left a young man with significant and permanent injuries.
“Not only has a sufficient physical effect, but these two men were also subjected to the most – and completely unbearable – racist abuse.
“Now we are working to identify men involved and urge anyone who has any information to come forward and talk to us.”
The officers are interrogating CCTV and house-to-house in the area and earlier today a person arrested a person on suspicion of racial/religious stimulated severe physical damage. He is in police custody while our investigation is on.
One of the victims maintained important faces and internal injuries and rushed to the hospital for treatment. Since then, he has been discharged to continue his recovery at home and support is applicable.

All four suspects have been described by the police as their 30 and 40s being a white male.
A suspect is about 5ft 7ins tall, with blonde or ginger hair and short face hair. He was wearing a white T-shirt and gray shorts at that time.
Another about 5ft 11ins is tall, muscle construction, fair hair and aged in the 40s. Police said that he had a colorful tattoo on his right hand and was wearing a white T-shirt and white or gray trousers.
The other two suspects were also in their 40s, with a large build with light colored hair and at that time wearing polo shirts, khaki jeans and smart shoes. The other man had short ginger hair.
