Suspect surrender, accused of killing Paulin Harsha

Toronto police say a person has surrendered on a Canada-wide warrant in a deadly shoot of 43-year-old Paulin Harsha and is now facing charges of first-degree murder.

Officials responded to a shooting reports and found Harusha with gunshot wounds inside a vehicle inside a vehicle before the midnight of 13 September in Victoria Park Avenue and Shepard Avenue East Area.

He was pronounced dead at the scene.

Investigators say the suspect escaped into an SUV before the officials arrived.

On Monday, September 22, 2025, Malad Terin, 34, (painted below) converted themselves into police and were accused of first-digry murder.

During earlier updates, detective sgt. Elon Bartlett stated that the suspects and the victims were familiar with each other, but did not explain the nature of their relationship.
