Officials said on Sunday that Agartala, 21 September (IANS) Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurated the redevelopment Tripura Sundari Temple, which is one of the 51 Shakti Peethas worshiped by Hindus at Udaipur, Southern Tripura.
A senior police officer said that the Prime Minister would reach Argartla from Arunachal Pradesh on Monday afternoon, and then he would go to Gomti District Headquarters, Udaipur, which would inaugurate the Tripura Sundari Temple, 65 km south of Augustla, 65 km south of Augustla.
“After inaugurating the redevelopment temple and the beautified environment, PM Modi will offer worship at the Kali temple. After the inauguration and offering of worship, PM will return to Agartala and then leave for Delhi. There will be no public address according to the program available by the Prime Minister.”
Tripura Chief Minister Manik Saha, who visited the Udaipur and Tripura Sundari Temple during the last two weeks to preparation and monitor the Prime Minister’s visit, said that he had invited PM Modi to inaugurate the redevelopment Tripura Sundari Temple and the courtyard.
After being taken to his official X account, CM Saha said: “The supernatural scene of the night, which campaigned about the new infrastructure of the mother’s residence, was built under the Prasad Project! Narendra Modi on September 22.”
The Chief Minister shared a video of the redevelopment Tripura Sundari Temple and a beautiful environment.
A senior official of the tourism department said that the 524 -year -old Tripura Sundari Temple has been redeveloped at a cost of more than Rs 52 crore, under the scheme of the Union Ministry of Tourism (Pilgrimage Rejuvenation and Spiritual Heritage Drive). The Tripura government also contributed Rs 7 crore to the project.
The Tripura Sundari Temple in Gomti district of southern Tripura is a prestigious temple and is a symbol of the rich cultural heritage of the state.
The official said that the inauguration of the Prime Minister of the redevelopment temple would be a will for its importance.
The temple built in 1501 by King Maharaja Dhanya Manikya in 1501 is one of the 51 Shakti Piyaths in the country, and Kali Temple in Kalikat, Kolkat and the third such temple in eastern India after the Kamakhya Temple in Guwahati.

Meanwhile, replicas of all 51 Shakti Peards are being constructed at 51-Pithas Park at Banduar in Gomti district at a cost of Rs 97.70 crore. The under-construction park is located four km from the Tripura Sundari Temple.
The Chief Minister of Tripura laid the Foundation Stone and participated in Bhumi Pujan of 51-Pithas Park on 13 July.
According to the tourism department official, there is a quiet village in Gomti district, the site of the 51-Petas Park proposed in Banduar which is surrounded by green greenery and a calm environment. This area also provides a cool setting.
“51 Shakti Pethas Park is an ambitious religious tourism project, which will be developed in Banduar village. The purpose of this unique project is to create a great experience for visitors, showing the replicas of 51 Shakti Pith temples with Indian sub-masters, which associates cultural and spiritual heritate.
He said that there would be a series of features designed to increase overall visitor experience in the park, including sufficient seating space, a souvenir shop, drinking water facilities, parking, public facilities, guest housing, landslide gardens, well -constructed roads with museums, and a range of entertainment activities.
