Third eye: Happiness, discovery of its paradigms

New Delhi, September 21 (IANS) Can there be a meaningful discussion on happiness from a copy, and can any recipe be prepared for anyone who was asking for it? Poverty is the greatest curse, and body disease is another killer of happiness, but beyond these weak factors, it can be seen that the sources of dishonor lies in ‘past’, ‘present’ and even the alleged ‘future’. No person can eradicate the memories of one’s past, especially if they remember what “sinful works” appear from someone. Generally, no one tries to release the “cause and impact” logic to remove the defects, but the overhang of the past is a reality that affects someone’s happiness in a long time. Now, no two humans are completely equal because their past, present and future are full of unavoidable variables. A person is currently known for its qualities of ‘head’ and ‘heart’, and he cannot be in the frame of another person on that count. As the future is concerned, it becomes relevant to happiness as an event because fear, anxiety, aspiration, a degree of confidence with which will face a contingency- all belong to the scope that produce their own differences set. Khushi is correctly associated with ‘feeling of peace’ and ‘welfare’ at any time in one’s life- it is all in the mind, and linking it with the average-class physical and physical words does not complete the story. It is not without any reason that all religions give happiness to an enlightened or awakened state of mind; They mean that permanent bliss arises from the spiritual field, while happiness is related to ‘moments’, as traditionally understood. As previously indicated, ‘poverty’ and body ‘disease’ destroyed happiness, but outside these limitations, it can be easily seen that a combination of “awareness” and “acceptance” is a powerful tool to reach that “sense of peace” and mentions the feeling of ‘good’ which is mentioned as the basic needs of the first happiness. If there is a minimum awareness that everyone was “not born with a silver spoon”, then one could not be stopped from creating their best efforts in search of a purpose and even the peak artists would not get the same goal due to nature-driven impurities, which would be an easy ‘acceptance’ of spiritual traditions which would have been changed as “Destiny”. Completing the call of “duty”, trying to try and not to entertain any “fear of failure”, jealousy and a sick person not to come in the way of someone’s chase is powerful AIDS that provides self-satisfaction that provides mental “peace” and “welfare” a sense of “peace” and “welfare”-the identity of the identity. Can there be a measuring scale to determine someone’s degree of happiness? Happiness is a state of satisfaction, and it is either there or not. There is no state like being ‘half happy’. Lifestyle suggestions can be done to be ‘happy all the time’, but in the happiness of any sensible person will be physical, nature and spiritual components that were only or for him, which limits the usefulness of a normal prescription. This cannot be denied that only a thinking mind will produce a rare combination of ‘awareness’ and ‘acceptance’ that created a sense of peace and welfare – the final foundation for happiness. There can be no ‘medicine’ to produce happiness, beyond any type of hormonal ‘improvement’, where necessary, and in the improvement of lifestyle, it was difficult to switch to the ‘Khushi button’ in order. The Indian tradition recognized the value of spiritual preaching, which tried to explain which price system could be adopted to go on the path of peace and self-conscience, but it was not the same thing as providing a certain shot for happiness. A guide is always valid for a purposeful life, but it is not necessarily guarantee of happiness. Happiness is a situation that was marked for purity, trust in values and preparation, when things were not working for any reason- briefly, these are the characteristics that have made it possible to achieve the correct combination of ‘awareness’ and ‘acceptance’. Today, we live in the era of artificial intelligence. The AI provides new equipment of business, new products and new methods of services and knowledge generation, but it also reveals the importance of ‘imagination’ that is a gift nature that has given to the human mind, not a machine. ‘Machine Learning’ did not include Kalpana. The Nobel Peace Prize for Physics was given for research in AI last year, and the two professors who received did not hesitate to warn that AI could also lead ‘apocalypse’ if humanity depended on it. It is ironic that if today’s highest achievement in science is misused, one can open the route for disaster. This means that happiness lies in doing something that was for a big human being. The concept of ‘Vasudhiv Kutumbakam’ (‘Earth is One Family’ preached and practiced by the sages of our thinking suggested the attitude careful towards others to spread happiness. The idea of happiness is best preserved as an idea and is brought closer to real life when it becomes a continuity on day-to-day basis. To create this continuity, one has to learn to ‘finish’ unhappy ideas. Time spent time helps to a large extent. This is the reason that the call of Gita to stay in ‘Nishkama Karma’ (duty without reward) is a philosophy of life which promises congenital happiness. There is a certain simplicity about the idea of happiness- it is okay to do academic research, but it was to be done with an understanding that human life was so individualist and beliefs and beliefs on happiness are so scattered that only a few parameters of life can be identified without fear of contradiction. ‘Good deeds’ emerge as a fairly equipped source of happiness, and therefore normalizing norms such as being kind, helpful to others and being dedicated to someone’s duty. Whatever you achieve in life through legitimate means is of course, a primary tool of happiness, but it is also true that what others think about you becomes an equally important verification as a human being. Happiness is a feeling and a feeling, and it is stronger than the qualities that bring others to bear the treatment given. You do not have to be a ‘saint’ to feel happy-this is enough if you have no regrets what you have done as a less mortal in life, then there was great awareness that life was a beginning and an end and a belief that karma was a guarantee that you would stand on the scale of happiness. All this is about what you feel at the end of the day, it is based on what you did in the middle of any time. Happiness comes in moments- they can be trapped together for a long time, the better the possibility of maintaining it. (The author is former director of Intelligence Bureau) -DC Pathak/SVN
