On September 15, 2023, a 39 -year -old man Ardhandu Mandal, House no. C -143, Galli No. 9, Sarita Vihar was brutally murdered by the accused person and his associates using a knife with a knife.
The crime registered FIR No. 491/2023 on 16 September 2023, which at the Police Station Sarita Vihar in South-East Delhi, 147/148/149/174A/302/323/34 under Section under Section under IPC.
Five accused were arrested by the police in connection with the murder, but one of the prominent accused, Somnath, had been deliberately arrest for the last two years since the registration of the case. The trial court also declared Somnath a declared criminal in connection with the crime.
The Delhi Police’s Anti-Nashi Squad kept him in search of Somnath to do justice.
The anti-nashi squad on the agitation of the accused performed technical and manual monitoring and finally, The Squad’s head constable Mohit Vashistha detected the fugitive in Gurgaon, where he was hidden under an identity.
