Rajasthan: BJP celebrated PM Modi’s birthday with a sense of ‘service’ and ‘sophistication’

Jaipur, 17 September (IANS) Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s birthday was celebrated with enthusiasm across the country, along with the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) in Rajasthan, dedicated the day to service and equality through the launch of Seva Pakhwada at every division, district, and booth level.

Addressing the media at the state BJP office, BJP President of Rajasthan unit Madan Rathore greeted the Prime Minister’s long, healthy and prosperous life.

He said that Prime Minister Modi’s dream is till 2047, “India should emerge as a fully developed nation, occupy a leading place in the world. Under his leadership, the country is increasing new heights”.

Rathore said that the launch of Seva Pakhwara reflects the collective resolution of the party workers, which dedicates themselves to service, which affects positive energy in society.

Highlighting the Prime Minister’s vision, Rathore recalled PM Modi’s recent address at Dhar in Madhya Pradesh, where he emphasized that it is a “New India that eliminates terrorists in his homes and refuses to threaten”.

The Prime Minister identified “women power, youth power, farmers”, and “poor” as four major pillars of a developed India.

He also launched the Healthy Women – Strong Family Campaign, National Nutrition Month, and Sickle Cell Anemia Mission for tribal communities, urged women to undergo health checkups free.

Rathore said that the Prime Minister’s call to strengthen Swadeshi resonates deeply with India’s development journey.

He said, “Mahatma Gandhi has made Swadeshi a tool of freedom; Now we should make Swadeshi the foundation of a developed India,” he said. Citing the PM Vishwakarma Yojana, Rathor said that more than 30 lakh artisans and craftsmen have already benefited.

He further emphasized that service for the dignity of the poor, mothers and sisters, and the welfare of every family is the essence of “Modi’s guarantee”.

In Jaipur, Rathore launched Seva Fortnight with a cleanliness drive at Hawa Mahal, made a public pledge for cleanliness, and celebrated with workers by preparing tea and offering sweets.

He Dr. BR Ambedkar’s statue was also hit, inaugurated the NAMO exhibition at Jawahar Kala Kendra with Chief Minister Bhajan Lal Sharma, and encouraged blood donors at a camp in Rameshwar Garden.
