London bus crash latest: 15 injured after pedestrians outside Victoria

The Metropolitan Police is appealing for witnesses after a traffic collision incident in London Victoria in which 15 people were seen hospitalized.

Detective Chief Superintendent Christina Jessah, who leads policing in the area, said:

“We understand that this incident must have been very upset for the involved and injured people and we have started an investigation.

“We are appealing to any witness or anyone to contact us with information. We welcome any dash cam or mobile phone footage.

“We are working closely with our colleagues to clean the scene, but the road will remain closed for the next few hours, so please look for alternative routes.

“Any information that can help the police is asked to call 101 CAD 1605/4sept as saying.”

The Metropolitan police said the driver, passengers and pedestrians were rushed to the hospital for their injuries. Independent.

No fatal has been reported and it is understood that injuries are not considered a threat to life.

An investigation into the incident has started and no arrests have been made yet.
