Toronto – An organization representing news agencies says that its spat with Oasis over photography rights has ended, just for the band’s dates of the band’s North American tour in time.
The news media coalition says the band management first told him that photos taken on the band’s reunion tour could be used for only one year, so its members withdrew coverage.
Now the group, whose members include major media outlets such as Associated Press and The Guardian, say that Seema is no longer.
A photo release form sent to news agencies, including Canadian Press on Thursday before the Toronto show of Oasis, does not include such a ban.
“Wonderwall” and “Dont Look Back in Anger” singers will play Rogers Stadium on Sunday and Monday.
The tour was closed in Cardiff in July, and Toronto again left the first stop on its North American legs again abroad.
Andrew Mogar, CEO of the news media coalition, says this change makes sense for both news outlets and artists.
A representative for Oasis did not respond to the remarks request, and Mogar said he had either not heard from them.
