Flight attendants in Air Canada have been scheduled to vote on a temporary contract starting next Wednesday, with thousands of passengers stranded after a three -day strike.

This labor dispute was much different from some other recent walkouts, which draws attention to Section 107 of the Canadian Labor Code, and potentially changing the landscape for unions in the coming years.
