A Sonic Boom Two were heard in parts of England after two RAF fighter jets Raw Stop a private aircraft.

Loud bang, heard at around 11.35 am on Friday, told in Southern EssexCambrisshire, Suffolk, Kent And parts of London.
Some residents described the sound as a “vacuum-style” explosion, while the other said it shaken the houses and uprooted the door.
Citizen aircraft later fled Stanstad AirportRAF confirmed, and Essex Police Once descended, there was “nothing to worry about”.
An RAF spokesman said that communication with the aircraft was re -established before landing, and returned to the typhoon base.
What is Sonic Boom?
As us Air ForceA sonic boom is an impulsive noise, which is similar to a thunder, when an object travels faster than the speed of sound, which is about 750mph.
As soon as an aircraft breaks this barrier, it produces shockwaves that release rapid construction and air pressure, causing a loud explosion hearing on the ground.
These shockwaves are constantly formed along the flight path of the aircraft and according to the US Air Force, may be affected by maneuvers, height and weather conditions.
At high altitude, overgrowth, and therefore the strength of the boom is low, but the affected area is widespread.
Can a sonic boom cause damage?
The US Air Force says that most community risk for Sonic Boom produces less than half a kilogram of pressure. It is below the level due to structural damage, it has been called.

Types of sonic boom
