London Hospital forces 150 people to vacate after suspected chemical incident

One major London The hospital has been forced to vacate 150 people after the suspected chemical incident.

London Fire Brigade I was called to a man’s hospital Southwark Some time before 9 am on Thursday.

A spokesperson of the London Fire Brigade said: “Firefighters are responding to a chemical incident report at Gai’s hospital.

“Two fire engines, two fire rescue units, a command unit and expert hazard material officers have been sent to the scene. Crew is operating to ventilate the building.

“About 150 people have been evacuated from the hospital basement and ground level by firefighters and hospital staff.

“The Brigade was first called about the incident at 8.49 pm, with whitchapell, D.vet, Euston and the crew of the nearby fire stations to the scene.”
