Srinagar, August 12, KDC: The High Court of Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh has issued a circular to all its officers and officers to wear the prescribed uniform strictly while attending the office and performing the official duties, warning that non-non-inducement will invite disciplinary action.
“It has been observed that the officials/officers of the High Court of Jammu, Kashmir and Ladakh do not wear the prescribed uniform and participate in the office/official duties in a casual dress, which is causing great indiscipline and affects the well -being of the Hon’ble High Court,”
“Therefore, it is affected by all employees of the High Court of Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh, whether gazetted or non-gazged (individual staff Registry/ECORTS/IT Section/Ordralis/Youthrs/Drivers are associated with officers of employees/drivers) that they will maintain appropriately equally for their respective categories.
“Non-transportation with the prescribed identical criteria will be viewed seriously and disciplinary action can be invited. In addition, all controlled officers will ensure strict adherence to these instructions by employees under their control,” the circular says.
The Registrar General said, “This circular will apply with immediate effect.” (KDC)
