Adam Laughter is not a stranger for high speed. He has to intensify on his feet in the kitchen heat as the head chef in a constantine, near the yonge and bloor.
The 31 -year -old recently traded in his apron to run shoes, bicycles and swimming tights by attending the Toronto Triathlon Festival in late July.
For Lafleur, the festival was much higher than just competing. He was raising funds for leukemia and lymphoma society in honor of his father, who passed through leukemia in the weeks to the festival.
