GOI files reply to challenge LG’s challenging powers to nominate five MLAs

Jammu, August 11: In the MLA nomination case, petitioner Mr. Ravinder Sharma Advocate has said that he will file a resinder for the answer filed by GOI in the petition before the final hearing of the J&K High Court.

The petitioner has the right to file a resounder and after that the pilot will be fixed by the court for a final hearing.

The matter will now come on 14 August.
