The Toronto Police is searching for a person who has refused to follow a release order on at least three different occasions.
Investigators say that from July 22 to August 7 of this year, a person approached the victim on several occasions, even if he was not in a position to contact them.
A warrant has been issued for 29 -year -old George Sebau of a certain address for three cases of failing to follow the release order.
The sebau is described as a thin construction, short straight hair and five feet nine and 174 pounds with a full black beard.
