I have absolutely zero sympathy for this man and I am glad that it is “very bad” but allow me to explain and then you can see if you agree with me or not.
Byron Black, age 69, was sentenced to death in the killings of his girlfriend Angela Clay and children under 10.
He was finally killed in Tennessee on Tuesday.
His lawyer claims that he was “tortured” because his defibrillator was not closed and it raised him during deadly injections:

A 69-year-old Tennessi prisoner was executed by deadly injections on Tuesday morning-despite the warnings of doctors and advocates that his heart equipment may give him a shock repeatedly during the process.
Bayran Black, who was convicted of the 1988 killings of his girlfriend Angela Clay and his two young daughters, 6 and 9 years old, were declared dead local time at 10:43 am at the Riverband Maximum Security Institute in Nashville, according to Associated Press. He had no last words.
According to many witness accounts, black groaning, panting and appearing during execution appeared in crisis. At one point, he allegedly cried out, “this is very bad,” according to the outlet.
For the leading weeks for execution, Black lawyers fought for their implantable cardiover defibrilater – a medical tool meant to shock the heart when its rhythm gets irregular – according to the Washington Post, it becomes inactive. He argued that the device could overridge the effects of malignant injection drugs and trigger painful shocks as well as dying.
“I explain that my customer was tortured today,” Black lawyer, Kelly Henry, told NBC News.
Prior to execution, a lower court agreed and ordered the device to be shut down, according to AP, but the Supreme Court of Tennessee overturned the verdict, lacking the right to intervene for the judge.
Meanwhile, the Nashville General Hospital – where the black device was transplanted – said it never agreed to neutralize it and refused to participate, citing moral concerns, according to the Washington Post.

I have no sympathy for him.
My only idea is that I want me to be an electric chair instead, perhaps we could really see some sparks!
You kill three people, including two children aged 6 and 9, you should survive. Be happy, you got a deadly injection.
But this is just my opinion, what do you think?
