Foreign national accused elderly woman in violent Richmond Hill robbery, 2 suspects on a large scale

A foreign national who believes in the York region is part of a criminal network, and last month, two additional suspicious people remain largely largely largely after robbing an elderly woman from her jewelery in Richmond Hill last month.

York Regional Police released a video footage of the incident, which took place on Friday, July 15 at 11:15 am at a parking lot in Yonge Street and Canian Hill Avenue area.

The video features a white 2024 Nissan crook and a 78 -year -old woman falls next to it.

What happened to her fall is unclear by a column, but a York Police spokesman said that the woman’s necklace was snatched away by Citynues and was briefly dragged by a moving vehicle, causing him violently falling.

After an investigation, the police determined that the person driving was 35 -year -old Redu Orakel.

He is facing allegations of robbery and dangerous operation.

A man and a woman were also in the vehicle at that time, but have not yet been identified.

Investigators say the vehicle was one rental and has come back since then.

Police said, “Investigators believe that Orakel is part of a criminal network of foreign nationals working in the York region with the primary intention of committing crime.”

“There is a concern that other victims have not yet come forward, therefore, the image of Orakel is being released to the public.”

Meanwhile, York Police is reminding citizens to be cautious by giving advice.
