Hamilton police say a 15 -year -old boy is facing the charge when he allegedly tried to get out of a ride post in East Hamilton on Thursday morning, “to avoid officials on the scene.”
Officials set up a ride checkpoint on Lawrence Road.
Around 2:30 pm, the Hamilton police say the authorities saw a black Honda Odissi, which was reaching the outpost, but the driver has been told in a police release, almost striking, instead of running the previous authorities at a high rate of speed.
“The police followed the vehicle and saw several additional traffic crimes before the vehicle stopped at the end of the vehicle.”
A 15 -year -old man from Hamilton, the driver was taken into custody without any incident.
“Through further investigation, the authorities determined that the accused was in violation of the release position ordered by a court, which required him to stay at his residence during the night until his bail,” said the release.
Kishore is now facing allegations of dangerous operations, flying officers from the peace officer and failed to follow the release order.
