The man was arrested for stabbing the broadview streetcar, the victims were also facing allegations of separate attacks

The Toronto police on Monday arrested a person in connection with a stabbing on a broadview streetcar. The victim in stabbing is also facing allegations of two unrelated attacks.

Investigators say the incident took place on Monday at 1:30 pm near Broadview Avenue and Gerrard Street East.

It has been alleged that both the victim and the suspect were riding on a streetcar when they were engaged in a physical change. The suspect then allegedly assaulted the victim and stabbed.

After asking for help, the victim exited the streetcar. She was located nearby and was taken to the hospital with serious, but non-janleva injuries.

The suspect, who was not known to the victim, fled from the scene.

After an investigation, 72 -year -old Gulu Jivani of Toronto was arrested and accused of attacking with arms and increased attacks.

He was going to appear in court on Tuesday.

During the investigation, it was also determined that the identity of the female victim wanted two previous reports of alleged attacks on two victims at the broadview station on Monday as an alleged suspect.

Both the victims suffered non-janiley injuries.

31 -year -old Sabrina Young is facing two cases of attack, a count of an attack with a weapon or copying weapon disobeying a valid order of the court.

She was scheduled to appear in court on Tuesday.
