Former Jammu and Kashmir Governor, Satya Pal Malik died on Tuesday. He was 79 years old and breathed his last after a long illness.
According to the news agency-Kashmir News Observer (KNO), Malik was admitted to RML Hospital in Delhi for some time due to illness.
Malik was the governor of J&K in 2019 when the Central Government canceled Article 370 and Parliament bifted J&K in two center areas- J&K and Ladakh- (KNO)
