NEET-PG 2025 Examination was conducted in 301 cities, more than 2.42 lakh candidates appeared

The National of Examination in Medical Sciences (NBEMS), an autonomous body of the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, organized the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET-PG) on Sunday.

According to an official release, the exam was conducted in a single shift on computer-based platforms in 301 cities and for over 2,42,000 candidates in 1052 testing centers. This is the largest computer-based examination in India in terms of number of candidates, which has been conducted in the same shift.
NBEMS had made detailed arrangements to ensure safe, smooth and safe conduct of NEET-PG 2025, restoring the trust of millions of medical graduates in the examination system.
The NBEMS had attached over 2200 faculty members from various medical colleges and NBEMS-recognized hospitals to evaluate the conduct of the examination and ensure zero tolerance for the use of unfair means.
The NBEMS also wrote to the Chief Secretaries of all states, DGPS to ensure adequate law and order, cyber security and uninterrupted power supply at all testing centers. Assistance was also sought from the district administration and police in this regard.
To prevent any type of cyber scam at test centers, NBEMS took assistance from the Cyber Crime Coordination Center of India (I4C), Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India. Around 300 cyber commandos excluded various examination centers, especially sensitive people to prevent any kind of cheating at these test centers.
NBEMS deployed more than 200 personnel in its office to constantly look at live CCTV feeds in real -time manner, which was obtained from all test centers. In addition, senior faculty members, dean/director of medical colleges and members of NBEMS governing bodies visited the examination centers as examination centers, which is an additional security layer of multi-layer security in examination centers.
At all test centers, mobile signals were blocked by installing sufficient number of mobile signal jammers.
MHA and Mohfw were constantly monitoring the preparation of NEET-PG 2025 and released the necessary communications when necessary.
For future exams, other organizations will see NBEMS NEET-PG 2025 as a model. (AI)
