Srinagar, August 02, KDC: Recently, due to heavy rainfall and the need for track maintenance with both Baltal and Pahgam ax of Shri Amarnathji Yatra Marg, travel movement on both tracks has been closed.
Divisional Commissioner Kashmir, Vijay Kumar Bidhuri said, “Recently due to heavy rains, significant repair and maintenance works are required on both Baltal and Pahgam routes. It has been observed that due to continuous deployment of men and machinery on tracks from tomorrow, Yatra will not be able to resume.
This year, more than 4.10 lakh yatras paid orders in the holy cave of Shri Amarnathji. (KDC)
