JK: Under-construction footbridge collapses in Udhampur amid heavy rains

An under-construction footbridge constructed at a cost of Rs 1.58 crore, which meant to connect Svena and Naraso blocks of Udhampur in Jammu and Kashmir, fell amidst heavy rains.
