Police have started an investigation into the murder after a three -year -old girl was found dead in a house. Leeds,
Emergency services were called Austthorpe Court at around 11:06 pm on Wednesday after a report of concern for the safety of a small child. Police said the body of the girl was discovered inside the property.
A woman found at the address has been arrested on suspicion of murder, West Yorkshire Police Said in a statement on Thursday. She was rushed to the hospital where she lives in a stable condition.

“A woman was rushed to the hospital for immediate medical attention at the address and today remains there in a stable position. She has been arrested on suspicion of murder.
“We are considering it as a separate event and are not looking for anyone else in relation to it. I think such a tragic incident will cause shockwaves in the local community and there will be speculation about what has happened.
“I will ask people that please let us check and if you have any information that you think can help in our inquiry to come in contact with the investigation team.”
