The owner of a Hallton Hills business is facing several allegations regarding an investigation into a historic sexual attack, with police that the police say it is more than two decades.
The Halton Regional Police Service (HRPS) announced on Thursday that an inquiry, which began in June 2025, arrested 58 -year -old Jesus Eric Luna Waldovino of Halton Hills.
Police investigation was initiated after a male victim came forward with allegations of sexual harassment when he was both a child and an adult. The alleged incidents are said to begin in Halton Hills in 2000.
As a result of the investigation, the police arrested Waldovino on Tuesday, July 29. He is facing two cases of sexual harassment, sexual abuse and attack. He is kept in pending bail hearing pending custody in Milton.
Police said the accused is self-employed and conducts their own window cleaning business. Due to the nature of the allegations, investigators believe that others may suffer who have not yet come forward. His picture has been released.
