Quadeville, suspect in Ontaras, girl attacked to appear in court in August

A teenager Quadeville, accused in an eight -year -old girl in Ontaras.That the investigator is initially connected to an animal, ready to return to court next month.

The 17 -year -old suspect made a brief attendance at the courthouse at Pambroke, Onts this morning, where he was abolished by August 21.

The teenager, whose identity is protected under the Youth Criminal Justice Act, faces allegations of murder and attempt of sexual assault with a weapon.

He was arrested last Tuesday, when investigators found that there was no mark of animal DNA from the girl’s wounds, and remained in custody.

Police initially admitted that an animal attacked the girl on 24 June after being found in a small community in Eastern Ontario with fatal injuries.

Residents of Quadville pressed OPP officials in a town hall in the last weekend as to why investigators initially suspected an animal attack and asked people to keep their young children inside the house.
