The highway near Rutherford Road in Von was completely closed and a driver was arrested in an overnight collision, which ran away on foot.
The accident, which occurred in the von, exactly north of the Langstaff Road, around 12:30 pm, three vehicles.
One of the drivers excluded his vehicle after the accident and tried to escape from the scene. He was caught shortly after in a nearby parking outside of a restaurant.
The person was arrested for impaired driving and rushed to the hospital as a precaution. It is not clear whether someone else was injured in a multi-marriage collision.
Lanes north of Highway 400 are closed on Rutherford Road, and there is no time for it when they open again.
The OPP has not yet released more information about the limits of individuals or any injury. Investigation is on.
