The body of a 40 -year -old man was found in Alilpora area of Shopian district on Thursday.
Officials told GNS that this morning, some passers -by found a dead body with the fisheries department. The deceased has been identified as Riyaz Ahmed Lone, an auto driver by profession, resident of Kanipora, Shopian.
Soon a team of police reached the spot and transferred the body to the Medico-Killi formalities.
Meanwhile, the police have registered a case in this regard and investigated. (GNS)
