PM Carney Assemblying Cabinet today to talk about US Trade, Middle East

Ottawa – Prime Minister Mark Carney is almost available with his cabinet to discuss the status of business negotiations with the US with his cabinet today and the position in the Middle East.

The meeting is scheduled for ET at 2 pm.

The minister responsible for the Canada-US trade Dominic Labtle is meeting with US officials in Washington today.

Carney said on Monday that Canada’s conversation with the United States is in a “acute phase” after President Donald Trump made an important agreement with the European Union.

Trump told reporters last week that the Canada was not a priority before his August 1 deadline to do business deal.

After Monday’s announcement by the government on Monday, ministers are expected to discuss the situation in the Middle East that they are adding $ 30 million to their human financing for Palestinians in the Gaza Strip and “$ 10 million to improve improvement and capacity for the Palestinian Authority.”
