The Toronto Police is searching for a person who wants in the ongoing criminal harassment investigation.
Officials say they received a call from a victim last month, who described an example of harassment in the city’s Greenwood-Cockswell neighborhood.
The victim later told the police that the same suspect had harassed him on several occasions between August 2023 and June 2025.
According to investigators, both individuals are known for each other.
Police have identified the suspect as 28 -year -old Spencer Davis. He wants a single charge of criminal harassment.
Davis is described as five feet-eight, with a thin-thin muscle manufacture and brown hair.
