President Trump never misses a moment to crack a joke, and often jokes are very deliberately with difficult truth.
This happened again today as President Trump was meeting and interacting with the European Union Commissioner Ursula von Der Leyen. What a ridiculous name!
Anyway, both were talking about tariffs and how this happened here:
“You are known as a hard negotiator and dealener,” Von Der Leyen begins to say before Trump’s intervention.
“And impartial,” Trump says, which causes the room a chakli.
“It is less important,” Trump took a pinch.
The room then rifts again in response.
