Police are searching for a sexual criminal, who was seen at a train station three weeks before a few days after release from jail.
Christopher Spelman, 66, originally from Prescott, Mercysis, is believed to have been living in a tent and transporting between the transport hubs and camps.
Lancashire police said that he failed to register an address with the police after his release from jail in early July.
Spelman was issued near Vemouth, but it wants to fail to follow the sexual criminal notification requirements.
