Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Omar Abdullah on Friday chaired the board meeting of J&K Building and Other Construction Workers Welfare Board.
In a post on X, CM’s office wrote, “The Chief Minister chaired the board meeting of J&K Building and Other Construction Workers Welfare Board, which appreciated the efforts made for the welfare of construction workers and their families.”
He said, “He emphasized the need for transparent and timely distribution of profit, and directed the authorities to widen the outreach, simplify the procedures and ensure that no qualified workers are left out”, reads the post.
