At the end of this week, there will be festivals that Queen Street is taking Toronto on the East, including Ossesfest and The Bears Jazz Fest. Keep in mind, a subway is closed on line 1 at the end of this week.
Beach Jazz Fest – Queen Street East Streetfest
Queen Street East will be closed for free annual streetfest as a part of the beach Jazz Fest at the end of this week. The festival will run from Thursday evening to Saturday, every night from 6 pm to 11 pm. The bands start playing at 7 pm every night.
People of all ages are invited to participate for free. It runs through woodbine and middle way.

Grovein in the park
Another beach Jazfest event will be taking place at Woodbine Park later this week, which will have soul, odor, world and home music.
The free festival closes at 6 pm on Friday night and lasts till 8 pm on Sunday.

Ossfest
The annual festival of celebrating the best celebrations to introduce Osington is taking place this week. The strip between Dandas St. West and Queen St. West will close for a pedestrian acquisition.
There will be more than 25 expanded courtyards with local businesses and some artisans who will perform their belongings with music and entertainment programming throughout the day and evening.
The festival is only Saturday and closes till 11 am.
Osington Avenue will stop for traffic from 5 am to 5 am on Sunday.
Foodville: Afro-Caribbean Food Festival
A celebration of African, Caribbean and Afro-Latin culture is taking place in the Stack Market later this week.
Foodville will feature flavors, sounds and traditions that help to define Toronto with food as centerpieces. Live performances will be local sellers with chef showcases and family programming.

Taste of Vietnam Festival
The annual taste of the Vietnam Festival is celebrating this year, whether it is family, friendship, culture or community.
Nathan Philips Square at the end of this week will feature lively decorations and authentic dishes.
The celebrations begin on Friday and run till Sunday.

National bank open
Catch your favorite tennis stars including Felix Ogar Aliiasim and Aliasim at the end of Saturday at the end of this week at the National Bank Open on Saturday.
The first round of the game will be on Sunday. Tickets are sold for day sessions on Saturdays and Sundays, but are still available for night sessions.

TTC/Go Transit Closure
Line 1 weekend closed
There will be no subway service on Line 1 between St. George and St. Andrew stations for the work of the station employed on Saturday, July 26 and Sunday, 27 July.
Shuttle buses will not operate. Regular metro service will resume on Monday, July 28 on Line 1.

Osington Avenue will stop for traffic from 5 am to 5 am on Sunday.
Gardiner Expressway Closure
as part of Long -term construction plan on Gardiner ExpresswayOne west side lanes and one east side lanes are closed between Dafarin Street and Strade Avenue. The ramp is also closed east towards the lake noise bullet in Jameson Avenue.
A stretch of gardener on the west will also be reduced by four lanes for about a year. The Westbound Lane Closure Park will spread from Lawn Road to Grand Avenue in Southern Atobicok. East -side streets with the same stretch will be compressed, but with no lane cut from April 2025 to December 2026.
Temporary off
- The TTC’s King Station is reduced to add the new lift to the new lift by both ways between Wellington and King for underground work at the TTC station. Construction is expected to continue in 2026.
- Queen Street is completely closed to traffic between Bay and Victoria roads to adjust the work at a new station for the Ontario Line Metro. The closure is going to run until 2027.
- The Avenue West West West Multi-Eglinton Crossstown has reduced to a single lane in the west of the Isington and Scarlet Road due to tunling tasks related to the West Extension Project.
- Lane restrictions on byvision avenue between Rohmpton Avenue and Armistis Drive, while the city road revival, curb and pavement replacement, and completes traffic signals and pedestrian upgrades. A Northbound Lane is currently closed on a byview Avenue between Kilgor Road and Rohmpton Avenue.
- Cherry Street is closed to the south of the Poison Pear due to maintenance on the ship channel lift bridge (Strauss Trunion Bascool Bridge). Road users are capable of reaching the port of Toronto and Cherry beach via Anwin Avenue.
- The Queens Park Crescent has been reduced to a single lane in the south of Bloor as part of the easy access program of TTC at the museum station. The project is expected to be completed by the end of 2025.
- On Wednesday, December 31, William R. Wilson Avenue at Alan Road Wilson Avenue will reduce to two lanes in each direction, which will be for construction of Wilson TTC station bus underpass structure and part of the rehabilitation of the mezzenine bridge.
- Breamner Bulleward has reduced one west side to a west side at the intersection with the Navy Ghat court by June. Eastbound lanes remain open.
- By August, Blue Jais Way is closed between Front Street and Navy Wharf Court by August. Local access is maintained.
- The Navy Ghat Court is closed between Bremer Bulleward and Blue Jais Way by August. Local access has been maintained for the residents of the Navy Ghat court. In the post -construction phase, the East Pavement and Bremmer Boleward will be closed for pedestrians and a way to make a round.
- Isington Avenue will be reduced from three lanes to two lanes in each direction, where they on the Gardiner Expressway for about eight months, from April 7, 2025 to November 2025.
- From Monday, June 2, the King Street East and Church Street intersection will be completely closed for the next stage of a project to replace a 142 -year -old watermelon and renew the TTC Streetcar tracks.
- On Sunday, May 11 to Saturday, January 10, 2026, vehicle will be closed for vehicle traffic between Street Front Street West and Espless. The road will be carried out for live entertainment, pop-up market vendors and other programs.
