Baramulla, July 22, KDC: District Administration Baramullah organized a heartfelt farewell ceremony in honor of the outgoing Chief Executive Officer, City Council (MC) Baramulla, after his transfer in Genderbal today.
Deputy Commissioner (DC) Baramullah, Minga Sherpa presided over the function, including other dignitaries and District Information Officer (DIO) of other departments (DIO), Iftakhar Nasim officials.
The ceremony featured local artists and students to woo cultural performances, celebrate the cultural prosperity of the district and add a lively touch on the occasion.
Speaking on the occasion, DC praised Neveda Ajaz for his commendable service during his tenure, exposing his administrative efficiency, integrity and commitment to public welfare. He accepted the important role of Ajaz in improving municipal services, infrastructure and overall civil management in Baramullah.
As a token of appreciation, DC presented a memento to the cave Ajaz on behalf of the district administration.
Dio Baramulla and other officials also greeted the outgoing officer, who appreciate their professionalism, dedication and positive working relations in the departments.
In his address, Naveed Ajaz also expressed his heartfelt gratitude for his tenure for his support and cooperation for the district administration, colleagues and members of the information office staff. He shared memories of his time in Baramulla and greeted the entire team. (KDC)
