Srinagar, July 19, KDC: Jammu and Kashmir Police Counter-Intelligence Kashmir (CIK) unit on Friday raided 10 places in four districts of the valley, which was as part of the ongoing investigation in the case registered under the illegal activities (prevention) Act (UAPA).
Officials told Srinagar -based news agency Kashmir.com (KDC), “Search operations were held at one place in Pulwama, six in Gandalball, one in Srinagar, and two in Budgam. The raid was registered at Police Station CIK Srinagar in connection with FIR number 07/2023, under sections 13, 38 and 39 of UPA, and Section 120B and 506 sections of the Indian Penal Code (IPC).
CIK sources revealed that RAIDS was part of an operation aimed at eliminating the network involved in illegal and anti-national activities.
