Highlight operation vermilion in Motihari, Bihar, Prime Minister Narendra Modi said on Friday that “new” India does not make any effort to punish its enemies.

PM Modi said in Motihari, “This is a new India-one India that does not make any effort to punish enemies, gather forces from both land and sky”, remembering that it is from the soil of Bihar that he had resolved to launch Operation Sindoor. He confirmed that today, the success of that operation is being seen by the whole world.

PM Modi today inaugurated, inaugurated and dedicated the foundation for national development projects worth more than Rs 7,000 crore in Motihari.

Addressing the gathering, the Prime Minister said that Bihar is the land of Champaran, a land that has shaped history. During the freedom movement, this land gave Mahatma Gandhi a new direction.

He emphasized that inspiration from this much land will now shape the new future of Bihar. He congratulated all the present and people of Bihar for these development initiatives.

PM Modi further said that the 21st century is observing global progress rapidly, given that once the dominance once conducted by the Western countries has now been sharply shared by the eastern countries, whose participation and influence are increasing.

He said that the eastern nations are now gaining new pace in development. Drawing a parallel, the Prime Minister said that the way the eastern countries are moving globally, in India, it is the era of Eastern states. She confirmed the government’s resolve to ensure that, in the coming times, Motihari in the east becomes as Mumbai in the West.

PM Modi imagined equal opportunities in Gaya, as in Gurugram, industrial development in Patna Akin, and development in Santhal Pargana for Pune. He hoped that tourism in Jalpaiguri and Jajpur would set new records like those in Jaipur, and that in Bengaluru, like those people, people of Birbam would progress.

“To pursue Eastern India, Bihar should be converted into a developed state”, emphasized PM Modi, saying that rapid progress in Bihar is possible today as the governments of both the Center and the state are committed to the development of Bihar.

He said that during the 10 years of the tenure of the previous government, when he was in power at the center, Bihar received only around Rs 2 lakh crore, commenting that it was a form of political vengeance against the government under the leadership of PM Nitish Kumar.

The Prime Minister said that after coming to power in 2014, his government ended this politics of Vendetta against Bihar, emphasizing that under his rule in the last 10 years, about 9 lakh crore rupees have been allocated for the development of Bihar. He said that it is four times more than what was provided under the previous dispensation, confirming that this funding is being used for public welfare and development projects in Bihar.

Underlining the importance of today’s generation in understanding Bihar two decades ago, PM Modi said that under the rule of previous governments, development had come to a standstill, and for the poor it was almost impossible for money to reach them. He criticized the then-Left for the poor for focusing on looting money completely.

The Prime Minister praised the flexibility of the people of Bihar, called it a land where impossible has been made possible. He appreciated the public for freeing the direct delivery of welfare schemes to the poor from the hut of the previous dispensation.

PM Modi also said that in the last 11 years, more than 4 crore houses have been built under the PM Avas Yojana across the country, in which about 60 lakhs have been constructed in Bihar alone. He said that this figure crosses the total population of countries like Norway, New Zealand and Singapore. PM Modi said, “In Motihari district alone, about 3 lakh families have got confirmed houses, and the count is growing rapidly. More than 12,000 families in the region have received the keys of their new houses today”, PM Modi said.

Giving credit for the strength and determination of Bihar’s progress to Bihar, PM Modi said that women in Bihar clearly understand the importance of every step taken by their government. She accepted the huge presence of women in the incident and recalled the days when she also had to hide Rs 10, which lacked access to bank accounts, and was denied entry into banks.

The Prime Minister confirmed his understanding of the dignity of the poor and said how he questioned the banks why their doors were deprived. He highlighted the massive campaign launched to open public money accounts, which used to benefit women a lot, now eat public money with about 3.5 crore women in Bihar.

Repeating his party’s vision: ‘Bihar’s progress is necessary for India’s progress’, PM Modi insisted that Bihar will only move forward when its youth move forward. He confirmed the government’s commitment to employment for a prosperous Bihar and every youth. The Prime Minister said that important efforts have been made in recent years to create employment opportunities within Bihar.

The Prime Minister announced that the central government has recently approved a major scheme with the aim of supporting job seekers for the first time in the private sector. Under this scheme, the youth who get their first appointment in a private company will be given Rs 15,000 by the central government. He said that the scheme will be started from August 1 and it will include the cost of Rs 1 lakh crore by the Center, emphasizing that the youth of Bihar will benefit greatly from this initiative.

PM Modi also highlighted efforts to promote self-employment in Bihar through schemes like Mada Yojana. He said that in the last two months alone, millions of loans have been distributed under the Mudra Yojana in Bihar, stating that in particular, 60,000 youths have received currency loans to support their self-employment enterprises.

Saying that leaders of other parties can never provide employment, especially those who seize the land of people under the guise of jobs, PM Modi urged the public to urge the public to remember the opposite of the lantern and the era of today’s Bihar era, illuminating the new hopes. He credited this change for a visit to Bihar with his coalition government, confirming that Bihar’s resolution is firm and unwavering in support for the alliance.

The Prime Minister highlighted the decisive action taken against Naxalism in recent years, which has greatly benefited the youth of Bihar. He said that districts such as Champaran, Aurangabad, Gaya, and Jamui -Bar Bar are held back by Maoist influence – now looking at the decline of extremism.

He emphasized that once in the areas seen by Maoist violence, the youth are now dreaming and confirming India’s commitment completely free from the grip of Naxalism.

The Prime Minister confirmed that Bihar neither lacks capacity nor resources and today, the resources of Bihar are becoming equipment for its progress. He highlighted the increase in the prices of Makhana, blaming it for his government’s efforts, which he attributed to the integration of Makhana farmers with large markets. He also mentioned the formation of Makhana Board to support the region.

PM Modi listed many major products -Banana, Litchi, Mircha Rice, Katarni Rice, Zardalu Mango, and Maghai Pan -Behar as examples of agricultural prosperity. He emphasized that these and many other products will connect the farmers and youth of Bihar to the global markets.

Saying that the increase in produce and income of farmers is a top priority for the government, PM Modi said that under the PM-Kisan Saman Nivihi Yojana, farmers across the country have been observed about Rs 3.5 lakh crore. He said that in Motihari alone, more than 5 lakh farmers have received more than 1,500 crores through this scheme.

The Prime Minister confirmed that the government does not stop at slogans or promises, it saves through action. He emphasized that when his government says that it works for backward and extremely backward communities, this commitment is reflected in its policies and decisions.

He said that his mission is clear: priority for every backward person, whether it is a backward area or backward class, they remain central for the priorities of the government.

The Prime Minister further said that the border villages of India were also considered a “last village” and were left behind, but the government defined them as “first villages” and preferred their development. He said that the OBC community had long demanded a constitutional status for the OBC Commission – the demand made by their coalition government.

PM Modi also mentioned the launch of the Janaman Yojana for the most margins among the tribal communities, in which Rs 25,000 crore was allocated for their development. The Prime Minister announced a new major initiative with this vision: Prime Minister Dhani-Dharma-Dharma Yojana, which is recently approved by the Union Cabinet.

Under this scheme, 100 districts, potentially potentially rich but productivity and farmer income will be identified and they will be given priority. He said that farmers in these districts will get targeted support under the scheme. He emphasized that this will benefit about 1.75 crore farmers across the country, in which there will be an important part related to Bihar.

Emphasizing the deep ties of Champaran with India’s faith and cultural heritage, PM Modi said that Ram-Janaki Path will pass through Sattarghat, Kesariya, Chakia and Madhuban in Motihari. He said that the new railway line being developed from Sitamari to Ayodhya will enable devotees to visit Ayodhya for darshan from Champaran. He commented that this initiative would significantly increase connectivity in Bihar and generate new employment opportunities in the region.

The Prime Minister criticized the previous governments, which were long in politics in the name of poor, Dalits, backward classes and tribal communities and they not only deny equal rights, but also fail to show respect to people outside their own families. He said that Bihar is clearly looking at his ego today.
