A new survey states that financial assistance with down payment is now necessary for many homebuilders.
A hostage professional Canadian survey showed in seven out of seven that they could not buy their homes without relying on family gifts, loans and other external help.
Hostage professional Canada CEO Lauren Van Dane Berg says that Down Payment Assistance is no longer a backup plan, but is expected to buy a house for many Canadian people.
The survey also shows one of the five home owners who have an upcoming mortgage renewal, feeling worried about what their new payments may look like.
This connects 68 percent of borrowers who prefer to be a certain rate hostage in the survey.
Meanwhile, the report suggests that variables were almost double as borrowers to make additional payments to the holders.
