Weekend needs: Honda takes Indie to the streets of Toronto

At the end of this week, hold the sightseeing and sounds of a racetrack in Honda Indi. If you like to stay away from noise, then there are still a lot of festivals in the entire city.

Keep in mind, a subway is closed at the end of this week.

The Indie Cars will whisper below the lake noise bullet and at the end of this week through the Exhibition Place for the annual Honda Indi.

2.87 km, 11-turn temporary street courses are constructed throughout the ground and uses lake noise as a rear stretch.

Festivalgires can catch the race and get the opportunity to taste food and beverages from vendors deployed around the field. Thunder Elle will also have interactive displays and fun for all ages.

Kicking with a free fan on Friday, viewers can donate a voluntary to Make-a-Sinth Canada and get free normal entry on Friday.

Weekend Series – Beach Jazz Festival

The Beach Jazz Festival continues with some of some of the most exciting, fresh and groundbreaking artists, which perform live at Woodbine Park for the weekend series.

The 90s is the theme of this year’s show which has more to help the grooves with DJs, cover bands and more.

Festival of South Asia

The 23rd annual festival of South Asia is taking place at the end of this week at Gerard Saint in Little India.

There will be two days of fun activities, food, shopping and live entertainment of the family.

And don’t forget about food. The food field of the festival will taste the taste buds with a panoramic selection of South Asian cuisine.

It kicks on the Gerrard from Gleanside to Coxwell Avenue on Saturday.

Pan American Food and Music Festival

Celebrate the rich diversity of food, music and art at the PAN American Food and Music Festival at the end of this week at Nathan Philips Square.

It is Canadian’s largest annual celebration which will include food demo by international chefs, live music and dance performance.

The 13th annual festival stops It lasts at 5 pm on Friday and Sunday.

Bloor larger at 2025; Bladel festival art and culture

Bloordale is celebrating everything that makes the neighborhood great with the elder on the Bloor 2025 festival. It closes till midnight with pedestrians from Dufferin Street to Lansdowne Avenue from noon to midnight on Saturday.

They will demonstrate small businesses, celebrating creativity and diversity through art and culture, providing opportunities to local disgruntled artists.

TTC/Go Transit Closure

Line 1 weekend closed

The metro service on Line 1 between Lawrence West and St. Andrew stations will be replaced by shuttle buses for plan track work from Saturday, 19 July to Sunday, 20 July. Regular metro service will resume on Monday, July 21 on Line 1.

The Lake Shor Bulleward West has been closed till 1 pm on Monday 21 July with South -Lane on Streche Avenue between Fleet Street/Manitoba Drive and Lake Shor Bulleward West between Ontario Drive and Strade Avenue.

Gardiner Expressway Closure

as part of Long -term construction plan on Gardiner ExpresswayOne west side lanes and one east side lanes are closed between Dafarin Street and Strade Avenue. The ramp is also closed east towards the lake noise bullet in Jameson Avenue.

A stretch of gardener on the west will also be reduced by four lanes for about a year. The Westbound Lane Closure Park will spread from Lawn Road to Grand Avenue in Southern Atobicok. East -side streets with the same stretch will be compressed, but with no lane cut from April 2025 to December 2026.

Temporary off

  • The TTC’s King Station is reduced to add the new lift to the new lift by both ways between Wellington and King for underground work at the TTC station. Construction is expected to continue in 2026.
  • Queen Street is completely closed to traffic between Bay and Victoria roads to adjust the work at a new station for the Ontario Line Metro. The closure is going to run until 2027.

  • By August, Blue Jais Way is closed between Front Street and Navy Wharf Court by August. Local access is maintained.
