Expressing his growing concern over the misleading strategy of Russian President Vladimir Putin in view of the recent aggression against Ukraine, on Sunday (local time) US President Donald Trump confirmed that Washington would send his Patriot Air Defense System to Kiev, given that the European Union would cover the cost that the European Union would cover the cost.
