Srinagar, July 12: Minister of Health and Medical Education, Minister of Social Welfare and Education, Sekena Itu, today addressed Jawaharlal Nehru Memorial Hospital (JLNMH) night’s triple milestone moments -2025, was organized to celebrate hospital knowledge, care and clinical progress.
MLA zadibal, tanvir sadiq; Director Health Service Kashmir, Medical Superintendent JLNMH, doctors, researchers and medical students were present on the occasion.
The milestone celebrated includes the launch of ‘allergic alert-2025’-cum-workshop, JLNM Journal and PG Research Presentation.
Addressing the gathering, the minister emphasized early diagnosis on allergies and the importance of community-based education, especially in his bounce in the light of environmental changes and lifestyle factors. He said, “Awareness and time intervention are effectively important for the management of allergies. Initiatives such as ‘Allergy Alert 2025’ reflect our commitment to healthcare providers and the public with the equipment required to combat this growing health concern”, he said.
The minister further said that medical science is developing day by day and doctors need to maintain themselves with increasing progress in medical care and research. He also talked about the government’s recent efforts to increase the healthcare infrastructure in Jammu and Kashmir.
The minister also praised the hospital staff for his untiring efforts and appreciated JLNM for creating a top -ranked tertiary care setup in the valley. He also talked about the historical importance of the hospital and the ongoing efforts to equip with the best facilities for the patients.
On the occasion, the minister released the JLNM Journal under the title ‘Asian Journal of Clinical Practice and Research’. He also distributed prizes among postgraduate researchers for outstanding work in the medical field.
The hospital administration thanked the minister and the government for reviving the hospital and establishing advanced health facilities for patients.
Revoging, the allergic alert 2025 conference aims to detect new frontiers in allergies and immunology, which brings experts and researchers together in the field.
