Pampor, July 10, KDC: Jammu and Kashmir Entrepreneurship Development Institute (JKDI) today organized a successful entrepreneurship and startup meat in its pampor campus, which depicts significant participation from government officials, startup founders, innovators and trainees.
The event began with the registration and opening of 20 exhibition stalls, which demonstrated innovative products and services by trainees and units, the startups, ramps (to increase and intensify and intensify MSME performance) supported by JKD.
Deputy Chief Minister Surinder Chaudhary saw the occasion as the chief guest. He visited the stalls, directly entangled with young entrepreneurs and appreciated his spirit of innovation.
The Deputy Chief Minister emphasized the government’s unwavering commitment to promote a lively startup ecosystem in J&K. He said that JKD continues to work as an important institution for entrepreneurship development in the region, which is committed to enabling youth through training, mentorship and intervention of strategic policy.
Emphasizing the creation of startup ecosystem and new initiative enterprises, the dye CM asked the establishment of cross sectoral business support ecosystem for the development of entrepreneurship at all levels along with mass employment opportunities.
Surinder Chaudhary reiterated the government’s commitment to promote entrepreneurship and establish J&K as a rich center of enterprises and overall employment by making infection for permanent economy, livelihood and strong youth.
A major attraction of the incident was known by the MLA Pampore Hasnain Masoodi, during which several important initiatives were initiated, including procedural guidelines for the Startup Policy 2024-27, Startup Idea Challenge, DPR portal and Ramp Lacking Certificate distribution among trainees under ESDP.
Earlier, Commissioner Secretary Industries and Commerce Department, Vikramjit Singh highlighted the importance of institutional support for the development of entrepreneurship in the region.
An interactive feedback and interaction session allowed participants to connect with policy makers and share suggestions and experiences.
The event concluded with the presentation of Memento, a formal vote of thanks by the JKD director, provides a platform for further cooperation between startups, masters and government officials. (KDC)
