Several thousand Microsoft Outlook users fled to issues with email platform Wednesday night and Thursday morning, loading or signing their inbox with some reporting problems.
The status page of Microsoft 365 earlier stated that it was investigating an issue with Outlook on Wednesday night, and later shared that it was deploying a fix. But the affected systems are not completely back online – the company noted that it faced a problem with its initial measure.
“We identified a problem with initial fix, and we have corrected it,” Microsoft 365 Status X written on xThe stage was formerly known as Twitter, Thursday morning. “We are continue to deploy the fix, and we are closely monitoring the deployment to face further problems.”
Microsoft did not immediately give much information about what the outage had happened. Associated Press on Thursday reached the Tech veteran in Redmund, Washington for further comments.
