Continuing its efforts to eradicate the danger of drugs from the society, the Baramulla police arrested a female drug pedaler and recovered the contradiction substances from her possession.
A spokesman said that the police party of Police Station Sheeri, headed by Shu PS Sheeri, had established a checkpoint at STC Sheeri. During the investigation, a woman was identified as Shabir Ahmed Sheikh’s Rosia Begum wife, which was interacted towards Fatehgarh. On searching, 153 grams of a charas -like contraband material was recovered from its possession. He was immediately arrested.
Accordingly, a case with FIR NR 38/2025 has been registered at Police Station Sheeri under the relevant sections of the law and further investigation is underway.
