York Regional Police have two suspects in custody and are looking for a third after robbing the Canada day after a cellphone store at a Richmond Hill Mall.
On July 1, around 4 pm at around 4 pm, officers were called in the store in Yonge Street and Carville Road area.
“The two suspects entered the store – one equipped with a knife and the other is believed to have a gun,” police said police said.
“The suspects stole several cellphones before running into a waiting vehicle.”
Investigators say that two employees were in the store at that time, but there were no serious injuries.
Shortly after the suspects escaped, the authorities looked at their escape vehicle and started surveying it.
The vehicle was tracked in Toronto, where the police arrested two of the three suspects, allegedly correcting the stolen goods.
Toronto’s 22 -year -old Edun Tensav, and Rashun Taurnce Bennett, face a robbery allegations of Brampton, harassed with the intention of property and possession of property gained by crimes over $ 5,000.
The third suspect, it is believed that the Gate Away driver, lives on a large scale. No details were available immediately.
