The princess told a group of users, volunteers and employees at the Cancer Welling Center, “This is a living experience for a personal patient, but also for families and in fact it is sometimes unfamiliar, you are not necessarily, especially when it is the first time, you don’t appreciate how much it is,” the princess explains how much it is, “the princess described a group of cancer, and a group of employees in the cancer, and a group of employees.
The princess came to know an unknown form of cancer in March last year, in the same year the king also came to know of cancer.
After the diagnosis, he faced a nine -month fight and undergoing “preventive chemotherapy”.
On Tuesday 14 January, he confirmed that he was officially in exemption for cancer, on the same day he made a stunning journey at the Royal Marsden Hospital where he was treated.
On her recent visit to the Essex Hospital, the princess praised the “overall” approach of the Center for supporting patients, relatives and carers, including consultation and dietary advice.
He said, “This is the whole phase when you complete your treatment that you, yourself, everyone expects from you, okay that you have finished your time, go, you are better, and it’s not so,” he said.
“You have to find your new normal and it takes time.”
After visiting the center, the princess planted several coral-pink Catherine roses in the hospital Royal Horticultural Society (RHS) Welbing Garden, which provides a restorative location for employees, patients and visitors.

Discussing her rollercaster healing journey, the princess said that a support network is invaluable.
“Somebody described me as a type of treatment, as a type of jig-zag, described the type of treatment, recovery journey.
“This is a rollercaster, it is not a smooth ground you expect, but the reality is that it is not, you go through a difficult time and have such a place, for the support network, whether it is through creativity and singing or gardening, whatever it is, it is so valuable and it is very good that it is a community.
“It would be great if there was such support in many communities.”
