Detective Chief Inspector Tom Philips said that the police received a report of an unconscious woman at around 2.15 pm on Saturday, with a serious injury inside a house in the Donaghadi’s Elmfield Walk area.

Mr. Philips said that the 27 -year -old, who was also pregnant, was declared dead on the spot.
