Man's murder fellow and neighbor 'cocaine-fuel' in Christmas Day Chura

A person killed his partner and neighbor and tried to kill his son in an unprotected and “frenzied” attack, after taking a cocaine on the Christmas day, a court listened.

49 -year -old Jazzwell Brown stabbed 38 -year -old Joan Piercene with a kitchen knife and defeated her with a baseball bat in her flat Milton Keins, Buckinghamshire18 -year -old Jake Brown also before doing so, who survived the incident, Luteon crown court heard.

He then entered his neighbor’s flat, where he stabbed 24 -year -old Teohna Grant, and tried to kill his 29 -year -old lover Bradley, 29, stabbing him several times.

Ms. Piercene was stabbed 31 times in the attack, while Ms. Grant suffered five severe force injuries, including a deep knife wound on the neck, and Jake Brown was left with a deadly wound on her chest, a sentence on Tuesday.

Prosecutor Deenna Heer Casey told the court: “Evidence suggests that the attacks were completely insecure, committed by the defendant, while he was under the influence of cocaine.”

The court heard that Santa Cruz Avenue lived on the second floor of a communal housing block at Bellechle at the time of defendant incidents.

Brown and Ms. Piercene were in a “unhealthy” relationship for many years, both class a drugs and the pair regularly heard by neighbors, Ms. Heer said.

Jake Brown visited her flat on the evening of 25 December last year and Ms. Pierceon told her that both of them were smoking cocaine.

Ms. Heran said that Ms. was reluctant to smoke the same drug in front of Piercen Jake, the defendant “became suspicious” and sat quietly, Ms. Heer said.

The prosecutor said, “The defendant then picked up a screwdriver and kitchen knife from the table in the living room and approached Pierce, who asked him what he was doing and tried to walk away.”

“Without saying a word, he started stabbing him with a knife again and again in a frenzied attack.

“Jake Brown tried to pull his father away from him, only for the defendant to turn him towards him and stab her in the chest.”

Jake Brown describes his father’s description “completely expressive” because he attacked him, listening to the court.

The teenage boy called the police as he hid in the bathroom, before Brown grabbed the baseball bat, broke the room.

The prosecutor said Jake told the officials that there was no argument to justify the defendant’s actions and there was nothing, and the attack was like “watching a horror film”.

Brown then made his way across the communal landing, where at the next door, where Sri Later and Ms. Grant, who unlocked her door, was enjoying a quiet Christmas day in the living room, enjoying a quiet Christmas day in the living room.

The prosecutor said: “He killed the Mr. letter in his eyes and continued to stab her without saying a word.”

The prosecutor said that after leaving the second flat, Brown “in his pocket” went towards the car park “in a way described as a casual with his hands, where he met in his car.

The police officer, who had reached the spot and standing on the road, tried to stop him, but the defendant instead turned directly to them, forcing them to go out of the way before driving without switching their headlights.

The brown vehicle was located by the police by wrongly driving at a speed of up to 50mph, eventually brought to a stop by the armed police in Milton Keins, the court heard by the court.

The prosecutor said that the authorities described the defendant as “spread out” and he saw blood on his hands as he was kept in handcuffs.

With the fingerprint of the defendant in the blood on the knife, a blood knife was found on the passenger seat of his car, while Ms. Piercene and Mr. letter blood stains were found on her trainers.

In a cell after his arrest, Brown made unwanted remarks: “Oh Jesus, what happened tonight what happened tonight, boy? Pure f ****** Madness. Pure madness.

“I am f ****** crazy people. Just gone mad.”

He said that “I am a bloody Loni”, later before saying this: “No self -defense. Murder. It is a simple murder, not self -defense. Murder”.

In a victim’s statement statement, Mr. Later said: “Both of us thought of you as our neighbor and close friend for many years.

“The effect of your crimes on me never ends. My whole world and future were taken away by you.”

He said: “The world will go here without you now and forever.”

Tehna’s sister Paris Grant said in her statement that Teohna was a “a pure and kind soul” and described it as “irreparable”.

He said that he now found himself publicly worried, and addressed the defendant because he said: “I now have an irrational fear that whatever I come will be like you.

“I don’t see Christmas as Christmas anymore – I see it as the day you stole my sister.”

Susan Piercene, Joan’s mother, said in her statement, read in court by Ms. Heer: “We can only imagine how frightening her last moments were at the hands of Jajwell Brown.

“Our own good is also seriously compromised. Our faith in humanity has been severely shaken. We don’t think we will ever understand.”

Brown blamed two murder cases, two murder cases, a public place stabbing a knife and a protected animal for causing unnecessary suffering.

The court heard that he had 10 previous guilty for 15 separate offenses, including a battery crime against a former partner, for which he was convicted in 2009.

While appearing in the dock, the defendant only talked to confirm his identity during the sentence and looked down with his head, as the affected effect statements were read.

Brown will be sentenced later on Tuesday.
