According to a teaching regulation agency (TRA) Tribunal, the messages sent to a female student in 2024 were expressed in 2024.
The TRA panel said in its judgment that in a disciplinary interview, Mr. Lichet said that he was addicted to Ketamine for two years and took medicine every other day.

The TRA panel also proved that the teacher took ketamine on one or more occasions between 2022 and 2024.

It was concluded that he was guilty of unacceptable professional conduct and his behavior could dissatisfied the profession.

“The panel considered these messages highly inappropriate to send a disciple to a teacher.”
It states that when the allegations were out of the education setting, it is believed that the conduct of Mr. Liceet was “internal connected with his profession as a teacher”.
They have been banned indefinitely from teaching children in any school, sixth form college, relevant youth house or children in England.
