A man has been accused of killing a 13 -month -old boy Blackpool And severe sexual sex and hair cruelty crime, Crown Prosecution Service Said.
Lancashire police Called Blackpool On July 27, 2023 at 7.15 am, Victoria Hospital, for a report that a child was brought to the hospital irresponsible.
13 -month -old Preston Davi, the child was declared dead after some time.
The 36 -year -old Jamie Verley, will be accused of killing 13 -month -old Preston Davi in Lancaster Magistrate Court today.
The 31-year-old John McGowan-Fazekarle will also be accused with permission to death.
Both defendants, Grimsaragh, K, Ki, K, is accused of cruelty and sexual harassment offenses.
Chief Crown Prosecutor Suzanne Levelin said: “The Crown Prosecution Service has authorized the prosecution of two men regarding the death of a 13 -month -old boy in Blackpool.
“Jamie Verley, 36, Grimsaragh LancashireIn addition to a series of severe sexual sexual and child cruelty crimes, Baby Preston Davi has been accused of killing.
“Lancashire has been accused of allowing a child’s death, in addition to child cruelty and sexual offenses, 31-year-old John McGowan-Fazarraley of Grimsarh.
“Crown Prosecution Service has worked together after a detailed police investigation with the Lancashire police, to review the available evidence and advise on appropriate allegations.
“We recognize the intensive disturbing nature of perceived crimes – although we are all concerned that criminal proceedings against these defendants are now active, and they have the right to test.
“It is extremely important that no reporting, comment or any way these proceedings can be biased to share online information, comments or information.”
